Not at all. While our curated residencies are our signature, Maison Élan is a full-service luxury travel boutique. We accept Private Commissions for individuals, couples, families, and corporate groups at any budget. If you have a destination in mind — we build the world around it. No templates. No compromise.

Is there a minimum budget required to book with Maison Élan?
We believe every Sovereign deserves a high-style journey. We don't just find a room — we find the right room for your specific needs, vision, and investment level. Budget is discussed privately during your consultation so we can design the perfect experience for exactly where you are right now.
What makes Maison Élan different from a regular travel agency?
Travel agencies provide transactions. Maison Élan provides advocacy.
When you book through us, you have a direct line to a human expert who knows your name, your preferences, and your standards. If a flight is delayed, a hotel has an issue, or something doesn't go as planned — we are in the trenches handling it while you stay in your Sovereign peace.

How do I start a private booking or commission a journey?
Every great journey begins with a single conversation. Here's exactly what happens:
Step 1 — Submit your inquiry through our Concierge page.
Step 2 — Your personal Travel Architect will reach out within 24 hours to schedule your private Strategic Consultation
Step 3 — We discuss your vision, your non-negotiables, your timeline, and your investment level
Step 4 — We deliver a custom proposal within 48–72 hours
Step 5 — Deposit secured. Calendar blocked. Journey begins.
How quickly can you plan a trip?
For our curated group residencies, briefings are happening now for 2027 travel — spots are limited and filling. For Private Commissions, we have designed complete custom itineraries in as little as 72 hours for urgent travel needs. Reach out and we will tell you exactly what is possible for your timeline.
Can you book just a flight or just a hotel?
Absolutely. Whether you need a simple one-way ticket or a multi-city European itinerary, no request is too small for the Maison. We ensure that even the simplest booking is handled with professional oversight and advocacy — so nothing falls through the cracks.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — always. Every residency and Private Commission is available on weekly or bi-weekly autopay through Square. Here's how it works:

✦ Your balance completes 60 days before departure

Deposit structure:
Under $5,000 per person → $750 deposit
$5,000–$8,999 per person → $1,500 deposit
$9,000–$12,999 per person → $2,500 deposit
$13,000+ per person → $3,500 deposit

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable as they secure your spot and trigger vendor commitments on your behalf. For full trip payments, cancellation terms vary by vendor and are disclosed in full during your consultation before you commit to anything. We always recommend travel insurance and can assist you in selecting the right coverage for your journey.

What is Cinematic Legacy Documentation?
Every Maison Élan residency is documented by our Director of Cinematic Legacy, Damien Chellen — a professional videographer and drone operator. This is not your standard vacation photos.
Every journey is captured cinematically — from ground level and from above — delivering a professional gallery of photos and video that becomes a permanent family asset. Not just a photo album. A cinematic record of who you were becoming at this chapter of your life.
Cinematic documentation is included in our group residencies and available as an add-on for Private Commissions.
